Non-season ticket concert
The Italian name (meaning “songs and quartets”) of this concert is a nod to two great Italian masters of the Italian bel canto style. Over the course of the evening, the audience will get to hear arias and ensemble pieces of exceptional beauty by Rossini and Donizetti. They will get to enjoy the candid joyfulness, drama and richness of character of this key style of Italy’s inimitable music as interpreted by the artists of the Hungarian National Choir and pianist Dóra Bizják. Alongside the virtuoso solo and chamber performances by our singers, the entire ensemble will perform several quartets and opera choruses.
