During his academic years, he d\u00e9buted as Tony in Terence McNally&#8217;s <i>Master Class<\/i> at the Slovak National Theatre. Later he joined the National Theatre in Brno, appearing in <i>K\u00e1\u0165a Kabanov\u00e1<\/i> (Boris, Kudrj\u00e1\u0161), <i>Macbeth<\/i> (Malcolm), <i>Nabucco<\/i> (Ismaele), <i>La traviata<\/i> (Alfredo), <i>L&#8217;elisir d&#8217;amore<\/i> (Nemorino), <i>La Boh\u00e8me<\/i> (Rodolfo), <i>Turandot<\/i> (Pong), <i>Pagliacci<\/i> (Beppe), <i>Faust<\/i> (title role), <i>The Merry Widow<\/i> (Camille de Rossillon) and he sang Lensky in <i>Eugene Onegin<\/i> directed by Peter Konwitschny. He was invited to the Opera Bastille in Paris and to the Teatro Real in Madrid to sing \u010cerevin in <i>From the House of the Dead<\/i> by Jan\u00e1\u010dek. He made his d\u00e9but as Pong and Beppe at the Classic Open-air Solothurn, and as Alfredo in<i> La traviata<\/i> in St. Margarethen, performed in <i>La boh\u00e8me<\/i> in Cyprus, and sang the role of <i>Boris<\/i> in a new production of <i>K\u00e1\u0165a Kabanov\u00e1<\/i> directed by Robert Wilson in the Czech National Theatre in Prague. He has given concerts in Miskolc, Budapest, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria. His concert of Beethoven\u2018s <i>Symphony No. 9<\/i> in the Wiener Konzerthaus was broadcast by ORF. His present projects include the role of Italian singer at the Slovak National Theatre (in Richard Strauss&#8217;s <i>Rosenkavalier<\/i>), Jen\u00edk in <i>The Bartered Bride<\/i> by Smetana under the baton of Ji\u0159\u00ed B\u011blohl\u00e1vek in London, and he will perform in Dvo\u0159\u00e1k&#8217;s <i>Stabat Mater<\/i> in Tokyo.
